It’s this wealth of experience that sets my brand apart – the ability to recognise the unique personalities, quirks, and needs of every dog that walks into my salon.

Driven by a desire to provide dogs with the ultimate pampering experience, and as I soon hang up my grooming clippers for the last time, I’ve embarked on a new adventure – Personalised Pet Perfumes.  Why should humans have all the fun when it comes to signature scents, right?

Q. Can I return my product if I don’t like the fragrance?

A. Yes you can - you have 7 days to contact us from date you receive your item to request a Refund - please see our Return policy here 

 

Q. Is this safe for dogs and puppies with sensitive skin?

A. Yes it’s gentle on all skin types and non irritating and doubles as a coat gloss. Backed by 20 years of hands on use and experience as a professional dog groomer

 

Q. I’m having trouble picking a scent to suit my dogs personality? 

A. No problem, send me a message here and I’ll be happy to help you find the paw-fect fragrance for your little cherub 

Q. Will my bottle leak or have issues spraying?

A. No. Our glass bottles come with a premium nozzle that is leak proof and has a tight fitting cap. The spray comes out easy as a nice soft mist

Q. What size is the perfume bottle?

A. 100ml is 13cm H x 6cm W x 4cm D

 

Q. How long will my perfume last?

A. It all depends how often you spritz. But to give you an idea - the 100ml bottle has 790 sprays and the 30ml bottle has 240 sprays

Q. Do you test your products on animals?

A. No. We are proud to be cruelty-free, vegan + eco friendly

Q. How much is shipping for Australia?

A. Flat fee $8.95, or it’s free for orders over $70

 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. If you live in Australia processing orders is 1-2 days of order being placed and we use Aramex and Sendle to ship orders. Delivery times are usually 3-7 business days, in peak times it can vary

 

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A. Yes we do for Australian orders. We use Australia Post for all PO Box orders.

 

Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A. Yes we do please see our Shipping for details on durations to different countries and customs information.

 

Q. Why are some reviews verified and others are not?

A. Verified reviews are from customers who purposed online through our website. Non-verified are my Dog Grooming clients who have purchased a perfume directly (not from website)

• Our Perfume labels and Shipping labels are made from sugarcane waste, not trees
• Our tape is compostable made from 90% renewable material
• Our Hex wrap is 100% compostable and recyclable
